Working in the offshore wind business since 1999 and thus one German "pioneer" establishing this very exciting and challenging business.

I worked in many the fields and have thus developed a general and overall project understanding:

 General planning and environmental matters, heading an offshore wind engineering company, surveying steel yards, performing a lot of contract negotiations, acting as a OCM, performing a lot of vessel surveys and so on.

In parallel I was heading a lot of contract negotiations related to all these tasks (I do in this respect prefer to adopt the clear LOGIC/CRINE language instead of the  FIDIC one; although I worked a lot with the latter).

Having seen the business from a large variety of perspectives - being employed by project developers, turbine manufactorers, small and large offshore contractors - over the last years I think I have a plentifuly picture of all the depencies and needs.
